The sauna and steam room were great to use after a long day of work. The food was also tasty and had a good variety. The location was nice and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, with beautiful views of the surroundings.
The room was quite small and felt cramped, with barely enough space to move around. The staff seemed to be understaffed, which made it difficult to get assistance when needed.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel, surrounded by towering mountains in a stunning location. The hotel facilities were spotless, and I was fortunate to have the sauna and steam room to myself, which made for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. The hotel offers stunning mountain views and a great location for outdoor activities, such as skiing and hiking. the staff was very friendly and welcoming. the all-inclusive meals were impressive with plenty of options to choose from.
The cable car service stopped midday without prior notice, causing inconvenience for my wife's foot injury. It would have been helpful to receive advance notification.

the room and bathroom were clean but small, daily breakfast included tasty local dishes, and the service was friendly and accommodating. We loved the sauna and steam room, which were always available when we needed them. the cable car and bus services were beneficial and added to the convenience of the location.
The cancellation of the cable car service without prior notice posed a problem for us and we had to walk downhill on foot, which was uncomfortable for someone with a foot injury.
